Custom-Made-to-Order Door Handles

By placing an order for custom-made-to-order door handles with BrandedHandles (BH), the customer(s) agrees to provide a 100% deposit at the time of checkout, which after 24 hours is non-refundable and
non-cancellable once confirmed by BH. Upon order placement, a pdf design drawing with specifications is provided to confirm what customer has ordered and placement of order at checkout with 100% deposit is customer approval, acceptance and consent to manufacture the product according to those specifications without the option for modifications. Orders are final upon placement, and no changes can be made thereafter. Production and delivery times vary based on design complexity and materials.
BrandedHandles reserves the right to review each order and conduct an assessment of the design complexity before granting final approval for the sale. If the design complexity has been chosen incorrectly by the customer, BrandedHandles at its sole discretion reserves the right to make necessary adjustments. This may result in a change in pricing or, and in some cases, the cancellation of the order.These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, with disputes resolved in Broward County, Florida courts.

Purchases, Prices, and Payment

Published prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping, and are subject to change without notice. Customers must pay a 100% deposit for each custom order upfront, with the remaining balance , if any due prior to delivery. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit card terms are subject to change.

Shipping and Delivery

Custom product lead times vary based on design and materials chosen. Shipping is typically through UPS ground delivery within contiguous 48 USA states.

Returns

Custom made-to-order products are non-returnable. Upon receipt, inspect your order for any shipping damage or discrepancies, and report them within 24 hours. Custom items damaged during shipping, in use, or installation are not eligible for replacement. Please inspect your items upon receipt and before use

Themed and Standard Commercial Products (TSCP)

Themed and Standard Commercial Products (TSCP) handles purchased on the BrandedHandles website require payment in full and are typically shipped within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and must report any issues immediately. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods. Approval for return of TSCP item must be obtained, and the product will undergo an inspection period upon return. If approved, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and received within 10 days of Return Approval. If TSCP returned items have any damage from use, mis-packaging, installation or other, a fee will be assessed against the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, unless already in production or shipped. Please note that orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances after the 24-hour period following order placement. Email sales@brandedhandles.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

BrandedHandles reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the customer less any fees if applicable. BrandedHandles shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the cancellation of an order.

Care Instructions

Clean the handle regularly with a mild soap and lukewarm water. Use a clean, soft cloth or sponge. Rinse well and blot dry with a damp cloth or chamois.NEVER USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS, HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS, WINDOW CLEANING FLUIDS, SCOURING COMPOUNDS, GRITTY CLOTHS, OR STRONG SOLVENTS SUCH AS ALCOHOL, ACETONE, CARBON TETRACHLORIDE, ETC. WHICH CAN DAMAGE THE HANDLE.
